All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our hair care and beauty products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at miradystore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your case and work to make it right.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order will have been processed and cannot be cancelled.
